Hours are by appointment, but appointments are available most days or evenings to best accommodate your schedule.

Financial Information
Services are rendered at an affordable cost and payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.  Charges are $250.00 for initial evaluation, $200.00 for family/couples sessions and $200.00 for individual sessions. 

Rates may be based on contractual agreements with payors and a cash discount is offered.  Credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) are accepted.
 
Tricare is accepted as well as other  insurances, however, all needed information can be provided for you to file your insurance if I don't happen to be on your panel.
